I think LUD is the "last updated date" in the USCIS site for each individual case. Have you registered?

I have received my I140 approval notice. One is from Vermont service center, another one is forwarded from my lawyer. Goog luck, guys.

VSC updated new processing dates, if you look at the NIW date on July 21 update it showed Sep 3 2002. But todays update shows NIW date March 24 2003. Is this date correct one or just a mistake.

I would like to believe its correct but don't know what is going on. We haven't seen any NIW approvals for two weeks. :confused: :confused:
 
A friend had her NIW approved at VSC a few days ago. I DON'T know all the exact details regarding her RD/ND/AD, but I'm pretty sure her RD is January 2003. When I find out her full details, I will let you all know. But it certainly seems like they might have moved ahead, based on this one case.

I140 approval yesterday which got from email

I got email from INS, which showed my I140 got approval and My I 485 were tranfered to local office. I am so exciting , it took me one year and seven months. I don't know my I 485 to local office is good news or bad news. Anyway I got my I 140 approval . Good luck to everyone.

My I-140 and I-485 are approved.

My I-140 and I-485 are approved, so is my wife's I485. The only thing I am concerning is that my daughter's I485 case cannot be found on the web, it shows:

The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

Hope it's not a problem.

One more thing might help someone.

Yesterday, 08/11/04, I went to the congressman's office asking for help on my delayed I140, and his aid called the INS checking my case, and got reply that they were doing background check. INS official also promised they would decide my case in 30 days. Today both my I140 and I485 are approved. I don't know this is a conincident, or that call really pushed INS.

Thanks Kanus for your well wishing but no news for me yet!!! The processing times has been updated but NIW is still March 2004. I am wondering is that a good news or a bad one?

Like you, I read news posted here every day. My NIW case is still pending since Oct 2002. I contacted with local congressman and his assistant helped me to call VSC, the told him that they needed at least 60 days to give me the final answer. I know how it is feel for you. I am desperated like you.

fire2222, one of my colleagues who applied in Oct 2002 was approved this week without any RFE. So hold on tight!!!
 
My 485 has a last updated date of 9/9/2004 (concurrent 140/485 filed last october), but no new info when i click on the case number.

filed a AP a couple of weeks ago, maybe that triggered something
