Hello everyone,
First of all, thank you for all useful information that you are exchanging here.
I filed concurrently (self-petition, VSC) early in May 2005. NIW I-140 got approved in the end of May (thank God!!!).
LUD got changed for I-485 a few days after ND (both for my wife and me, no change for a child). I thought it was for a FP notice.
However, it is more than a month since that now, and we did not receive FP notices.
I know it may be premature to worry about anything, but from what I read here it appears that people are receiving FP notice shortly after ND of concurrent filing.
Is there anyone who called CIS to verify whether FP notice was sent? should I expect any cooperation from an officer on this matter if I call?
My concern is that our mailbox was broken at some point and all mail was just laying on the floor in the hall of the apartment complex, so something might get lost.
My other concern is that I was given a bit different A numbers on my I-140 and I-485 receipts: on I-140 the first digit is a "0", but it is absent on I-485, otherwise all digits are the same. Did anyone have the same thing or I have an exeption and something that may lead to a confusion for officers who work with my case?
All comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
