Niw-140 @ Nsc Approved

Just want to share the good news. My NIW-140 which was pending @ NSC since Nov-2006 finally got approved yesterday. Total time 524 days!
I already have an EB1-140 approved but my I-485 filed during july fiasco was linked to this NIW petition so I had to wait all this time to see the approval. I guess now I can start contacting USCIS for re-linking my I-485 to EB1 instead. Just hoping it will work!!!!!!!!!!
 
Reading the various posts in this forum, I found out that unless one has both the petitions approved, USCIS won't consider interlinking request. That's why the wait.
Can somebody tell me how to proceed with the interlink request now?
