I am trying to understand the terms before I start filling out the N400 forms.

(1) What is NOA & NBC?

(2) What is Infopass? I saw a post that said 1st Infopass 'date', 2nd Infopass 'date'...
I thought it was an online method of scheduling appointments.

NOA=Notice of action
NBC=National Benefits Center
