Approved...Finally..after over 4 years..!!!

Just found out that my Labor has been approved.

Feb'2002 , RIR-NY
45-Day Letter - Jan'30th'2006
P-05122-xxxx

Good Luck guys....I know lot of you have been waiting ...I wish you all the Best..!!!

On to the next stage- I-140...no 485 yet though.!!!

Labor Certification Approved.

My HR called to say that my Labor Certification has been approved.
Thanks to everybody in this forum, who had helped my through this nightmare.
Special thanks to JustWatching, for his insight and effort during this period.

I will never be the same again. These four years of insight into how an organization (the people in them) can be so inefficient, unjust, apathetic and stupid.

Anyway, good luck for all of you who are waiting patiently for your Labor approval. I hope all of you get your Labors approved soon.

Very happy to inform everyone that my labor is certified.
My employer got the approval letter today.

45 day letter recd on June 13, 2005
replied next day.
Labor approved: March 29, 2006

Congrats ADNY02. Looks like you jumped the line :) Till the last labor approval I saw in this forum (Mar 19, 2002), NY seemed to be moving in order of PD. But now it seems that is not always the case. My details, FYI, are below.

45 day letter received & replied - Dec 1st week, 2005.

PBEC is following the order of physical location of boxes. I have not received 45 day letter yet. :mad:

Gurus - Is there any way of finding out if my case is closed ? My lawer recently got the screenshot with T number for my H1 9th yr extension.

Good to hear NY approvals, that too from aug/02!

assuming that yours is NY SWA case, is it EB2 or EB3 ?
also could you give us first 5 digits of case no.

There are hundreds from 2001 like us still waiting. PBEC has given up on FIFO. Hence PD doesnt really matter. Relax!

is it LIFO or FIFO ?

All the 2001 filers should be cleared by now if they were stayed in new york.

No body can explain or prdicted correct what is going on down there ?

Guys please continue keep us informed if you get any approvals.

I am also waiting since 4yrs 4 months

So there are still lots of NY filers from 2001 left.

It looks like all of us with PD 12/7/2001 to 12/31/2001 are stuck. I see all of us have our ETA case number fairly close. MIne is P05123 88*** It appears that our box has not been opened... But then when they sent out the 45 day letter weren't they supposed to create a queue based on PD. I just cannot understand PBEC
