NY RIR LC with Mailing Date May 17,2001 Approved

Good News : My LC /RIR/ with Mailing date to SESA/SWA on May 17,2001 has been Approved .

post, your case reached DOL on March 6th 2003 !!!!!
 
hi,my april 26th P.D. no news yet from swa, its EB3, RIR, i guess its skilled , coz i see mid may, getting approvals, guess its a waiting game, anyone else who got any reply, please post.
 
I am truly appalled by your indifference. Why can't you confront your attorney with the fact that dol recorded message is showing
May' 01 for proffesional cases and seek a clear explanation. I think you are the only one remaining from April.
 
Still waiting for a response from NY DOL

Someone asked abot my status. Here it is:
Guys I am still waiting for a response from NY DOL on my Case.
Hope NY DOL response by middle of next week.
 
Good News !!! One more approval from my company ..

Hemantkd, NY DOL is indeed current

Surprising thing is, it is approved within a week.

My case was applied in JUNE 6th 2001. I was closely
monitoring the cases from my company. Even though the
approved case fits my category, it may not be my case as
it was applied in JUNE 6th and received by NY SWA on june 8th.

So I don't have much details abouth the below case like
when it was applied or what is the skill set ???

Here are the details:

It is indeed a big relief to see that it is now moving. Mine was PD December 15th, 2001. Anyone wants to guess when would that get cleared ?

hemantkd, could u please tell when was u'r mailing date, & if u know u'r p.d? & do u happen to know if u'rs is proffesional or skilled. thanks
& i amnot indifferent to my case, im frustrated, but i have no idea what else to do, i call our attorney once in every 2 days, & he says i just gotto wait, coz they r doing april 20th right now, so i guess mine is skilled, & it says on avm, that skilled is april.
 
How one can find is it filled under skilled or proffesional. Is it specified by Attorny or Labor department decide that. I am software proffesional and my case was filed in EB3 category. Ofcourse my PD is Dec 01 of 2001 and I am not expecting it to get it any time soon.
 
Just learnt from my lawyer that my case was forwarded to NY DOL regional office on March-24.

Category: RIR/EB2.
Mail Date: 05-15-2001

Do we have anyone here whoes case was filed in May'01 or are we all clear of may now? It is really taking a very long time to clear may cases. I hope they speed up.

You have a good chance to have a response from DOL by end of this year or the next year.
 
Labor Approved

I just got my Labor approved today.

My Reciept date was May 21st 2001.

I am a regular reader of this forum, but never participated in the discussions.

But I thought I should update you since it will benefit other regular followers of this forum.
