Hey I am surprised at this. According to your previous posting your case was moved to NYDOL from NJ SESA on Nov 9th and it got approved ?? But the current processing is July 2004 rite?? and my case was moved to NYDOL from NJSESA in AUG and i did not hear anything till date ??

is your case in EB3 or EB2 ??

Hi Guys

My DOT code: 030.062-010

I just checked my previous case number i.e. also approved on Feb 4th which recived on Feb 2nd (DOT code for that : 030.162-014).

Yesteday I sent an e-mail to my attorney to conform this approval, I will defently post that conformation.

This form really helped me to keep my labor hopes, I can’t forget all your help/support.

Looks like cases from NJ processed in some other line than cases from NY.
I have the same DOT and only God knows when those people take it :mad:
 
Case transferred from NJ SWA Sept 8 2004 still not entered in NY DOL

I don't know what to say, but my case that got transferred from NJ SWA Sept 8 2004 to NY DOL, and still not entered in NY DOL system. I called the 212) 337 2184 to talk to a live person, and get that information. I'm trying to follow up with the lawyer though my HR dept to know the case number, and whereabouts of my case :( Any thoughts?? to find the case number quicker, or to find the whereabouts quicker than waiting for the lawyer to reply (it has been already 2 weeks, since I tried following up).

I tried the 212-337-2193 number and entered the employer phone number, and the case that it brings up are for some 2 years back, but there have been quite a few people after that I know that have had their labor cleared after that...

PS: the case has been filed as EB2. and I'm pissed...

09/08/2004 - RIR:30. Received Transmittal Notice of RIR to DOL
08/18/2004 - RIR:29. Filed Response to Assessment Notice with SWA
08/13/2004 - RIR:25. Response to Assessment Notice sent to employer for signature
08/06/2004 - RIR:19. Received job posting from employer
07/26/2004 - RIR:12. Job posting sent to employer
07/16/2004 - RIR:24. Received Assessment Notice from SWA
03/26/2002 - RIR:22. RIR filed with New Jersey SWA
03/05/2002 - RIR:14. ETA 750 Part A and support letter out to employer for signature

If you have a copy of the labor application, just check if it was filed using a different phone number. Just a thought ...

One update

I have an update. My labor is cleared. Here is my details

Filed on 4/2002 in NJ RIR as EB3
Cleared by NJ in 8/04. Case moved to NY DOL in 8/4.
Entered in NY system in 10/04.
RFE in 12/24 and response given in 1/05.
Labor certified on 2/05.

I can now file only I-140. Lawyer told next month the date for filing 485 (EB3) will be March 2002. So I need to wait hopefully 2 months for filing 485.

Good to know that NYDOl is processing applications ( RIR /EB3 ) received in august. I am just waiting for mine ....
