MSDN 2006 - Post your NY DOL received date

Hi MSDN2006,

Do you know what is the receiving date entered in NY DOL system before it got certified?

When did you check AVM? Also, could you please share your DOT code with us?

LC NJ - march - 2002
moved NYDOL - July 17th 2004.
NOF Dec 5 - 2004
Certified - Jan 11th.

I did not get any letter or email from lawyer. I checked in AVM machine.
any one know when DOL will send the letter to attorney.

Hi Guys,
here is the details

moved to NYDOL on may end some time ... system date july 17
got NOF on Prevaling Wages, accepted Employer response on DEC 29th ,aftet NOF response system did not got updated to received, it just updated as certified,

certified jan 11th.
RIR / EB3 - NJ - March 2002

if i would not got the NOF would have filed 485... but ok...I am happy..

Congratulations!!!

I think you can go ahead and file 140 and 485.

The restriction is for EB3 category only.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

My Labor application was forwarded to NY DOL on NOV 9th; till date my case was not entered into the system. Is anybody else in the same boat?

Mine was forwarded by NJ SESA on Oct 20th.
Its still not in their system.

It takes about 2 months

Mine was forwarded by NJ SESA on Sept 23, 2004 and it was in NY System on Nov 30th. It took more than 2 months.

Mine was forwarded to NY on Nov 22, on the system Dec 15.
It is less than a month.I don't know on what basis they will enter into the system.
BTW srini, is your case is Regular Or RIR.
Mine is regular. Is anybody knows what is PD date for Regular?

RIR LC between Jan 1, 2005 - March 28, 2005

Friends,

Applying for labor certification in RIR in a day or two...where one should be sending LC application? Is it to NPC or BEC or state labor department?. Is there any change in RIR case processing rules between Jan 1, 2005 to March 28, 2005? Would like the application to be sent to right place.

Mine was received by NY DOL on Oct 14 04. Does anyone receive approvals from the Oct 04 month?

Hi Mike0214,

By any chance do you know your DOT code? Mine is 030.062-010 (soft engg). Actually, couple of my fellow worker's cases got approved on Dec 28. These cases, including mine, were received by NY DOL on Oct 14 04. The cases with DOT code 030.162-014 (progr/anylst) got approved but mine is still pending.

I'm just wondering NY DOL might have separated cases by DOT code and the cases with DOT code 030.162-014 are getting approved/cleared faster than 030.062-010.

Any idea?

INDGC123, My case with the same DOT code 030.162-014 (EB3/RIR) received by regional office on Aug 9th has still not been approved.

As I knew, those cases came from NJ, right?
My case came from the terrible NY :mad:
