some times they skip and go to the next set of numbers. did you check the adjecent numbers, whethere it is processed ?
any way now we cannot file 485 now, we can file only after 3 four months
may be if we are lucky we will file in march end next year. becuase of the retrogress........

hang in there, it is all matter of time. try to call 2183 on mon,wed,fri and talk to them.

how long does it take for the lawyer to receive the notification?

Hello,

My labor case is certified on 11/30/2004; but the company lawyer has not received any notice as of today, not even an approval email from DOL. :confused:
I am wondering how long it takes the DOL to send out an approval email to the lawyer before they send out the official notice in postal mail?
And how long it takes to receive the postal mail?

Your input is appreciated.
 
What is difference between RFE and NOF

What is difference between RFE(request for evidence) and (notice of findings)NOF

I know NOF means prevealing wages..?
 
I am in the same boat as you .. I spoke to somebody in regional office and he mentioned they are behind delivering the packets. So it may come any time soon..

one number before mine & mine are in the recoeived state. Numbers after mine are all processed.
 
case transfer to central centres

Hi guys,

I want to know whether the transfer of cases to Philly and Dallas centres will create a problem for us.

Hi,

In my LC application (ETA form), the columns "EXPERIENCE" "Job offered" & "Related Occupation" are specified as 5 years. Based on this, will I be eligible to apply I-140 under EB2 category? (i.e Bachelors +5 years)

I appreciate if somebody clarifies it.

It is updated up to Dec 9th
The latestest case number avilable is 02512616

cases entered into NY DOL SYSTEM between Dec 9 th and Nov 12th

checked some numbers which were entered into system aug 10 and they have been processed
 
filing I140/485 together?

Hi friends,
Our labor got cleared on nov 11 2004..we applied labor in nj on apr 2002.
Now we are about to file 140/485 concurrently.Our lawyer kept everything ready to file.

I could see some messages in some forum that we can't file both together.
If we need to hurry in applying within this month end means
does the receipt date should be before dec 31st ?
or the notice date should be before dec 31st?
is there any link for this new rule?

Finally my LCA got certified.
Not much to cebrate however...Shifting from a long Freakkin queue to another looong Freakkin queue.

Nope. I am still in this terrible loop. My case was recd on July 15 & is still in the received state while I am seeing cases in August being processed. Very frustrating....................
