Gking, I checked mine last night after seeing the posts about the transfers. It is still the same message. Mine is EB2 though. The July one is really puzzling, unless they are starting to pull all the EB3 cases. I think you are right that people should check AVM at night to see what is going on. If anyone has the time to call IIO it would be great; but I know how long that can take. I wonder if they would provide details as to the reason. Good idea tracking these cases, as maybe we\'ll see a pattern.

What is the no that the AVM is saying to call in NSC for the transfered case

That case was a mailroom issue i guess...getting the details onto the system at CSC and NSC proceeding from there...!!
This case is similar in that adjudication wud be by the SC where it has been transferred... :)

I think someone from TSC or INS watches this forum. My hypothesis is that we were getting close to figuring out what was going on at TSC, so they had to do throw us off the trail.
