Hi,

You mentioned that RFE was for EAD. Was this first EAD or second EAD? If second EAD then when did you apply? My RD and ND is in March too. Please check post by achiever in this thread.

RFE on EAD

Hi achiever,

It is my 1st EAD. I haven\'t applied EAD&AP along with I-485. I had applied EAD & AP later.
EAD/AP Dates
RD : 11/30/01
ND : 12/01/01.

AP: Appvd on 01/09/02. But I got RFE for EAD on 01/16/02. Responded on 01/27/02, AVM is not updated for the reciept of response.
