 EAD: Done separately @ local office.
 Place: Detroit - Home of the RED WINGS ^^
 Approval: Waiting...waiting patiently..
 
How did u do it

Hi 485 Detroit,

How did u get ur EAD at local INS office. Have u waited for 90 day since u applied for EAD or U just got it directly from Local INS?

I applied locally...

When applying for 485, i still had about an year on
my H-1. So, I did not apply for EAD. Then after 6months,
I applied for ead @ LOCAL office. Within 60 days,
I got the EAD (had to go to the local office to get it.)

At detroit local office, you can no longer go directly and apply/get
your EAD. You have to apply via mail.

AVM says now 360-390 days for processing

Guys,

What the hell is going on at NSC? VSC & CSC have reduced their processing time to 8-10 months and NSC is taking longer and longer to process. I have been watching NSC for last year. Their processing time since last year has been on average 12-15 months. They are not even attempting to speed up the processing. This is extremely frustrating.

This week has been quiet so far. I did see one rd in mar - MQ EB2 from China got approved. Did anyone hear anything.

I have already noticed that your information is very close to mine, also same from Detroit, and you are a pretty active people here on the board. So, I have been following you all the time, and thought I would get approved once yours is approved. Now mine is a little earlier than yours, so I wish and believe that you would get your one approved very soon, maybe next week. Good luck.

NSC March EB2 cases have been approved sofar, any EB3 cases approved?

Learned from AVM - Got RFE for both of us (Me and my wife) on 2/19/2002. I don\'t know what kind of RFE.

Any one got RFE for both of you (Main applicant and Wife)?
Please let me know your suggestion about RFE( Kind of RFE). I would like to prepare to send response.
