New TN application after first is denied

I was searching for TN forums and found this place good to post my question. I was denied TN few days back and need to know if I can apply for a new TN application (I have another job offer). I think they keep record of previous denial and reasons. Will there be any issues if I apply new one?
 
Depends on why you were denied. If they rejected YOU, rather than your petition, then expect the same.

Wondering why you did not return with an improved petition after your first rejection?
 
Thanks so much Nelsona for your reply. My appliaction was not complete and they requested for more documents/evidence.

I can re-apply with the improved petition but just wondering if its a good idea to apply with a completely new TN application or improved previous one.

Is there a difference. It's not like you can use white-out. Prepare a proper TN package.

Thanks Nelsona. I will go with my old application with proper preparation now. Are there any consequences because of my first denial and if they ask why I am applying again and any explanation justifying my denial?
