New Thread- I 140 application is more than 180 days!

I-140 still pending but AP & EAD approved

Hi Guys

EB1 - VSC - (MA - Boston)

My I-140 is still pending (Feb 22 2002). But got my AP and EAD
approved (Dec 6 2002).

I-140 - RD - Feb 22 2002 (almost going to be one year)
I-485 - RD - Sep 27 2002
ND - Oct 06 2002
EAD - AD - Dec 06 2002

Category - EB1 (outstanding Researcher category)

Still waiting...

I have opted for CP option and is been waiting to get 140 approved. Today I have completed 6 months.
Does any of you know the possible ways of doing follow-up with INS?
Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

If what Sanga is saying is correct, then my EB2 which has a
RD and a ND around June 11, 2002 should have been
in my hands now, fully approved.

Also, if INS info is correct, people who applied in Feb
and March of 2002 , should have approved I-140's by now.

We know, that's not the case.

What that means is that INS is posting absolutely junk info
or else, these immigration web sites have their information
sources totally incorrect.

Also, people like Sanga, are playing the dubious role of
being experts and consultants with regard to interpreting
INS code words like E13 and E31, when they themselves
have no clue.

If you don't know, just keep shut and don't post false info.

While we don't have much control on what INS claims or how
these web sites get their information, people like Sanga
should stay put where they are.

If Sanga's posting is help then I am helping too.

I am helping people by raising awareness about self
proclaimed, " I know the inner workings of the INS"-kinda
loosers who in fact have no clue and fill up message boards.

I am helping people by showing them how to filter rubbish
posts from the valuable info.

I am helping people by thus, saving their time , so that they
dont read rubbish posts and erroneous info.

I am helping them so that they know how to separate the
wheat from the chaff.

Whether I visit these message boards or not is none of
your biz anyway. This is the free web....not your domain.

change od address

For Sanga or other Gurus, pl. help...

I have my Apartment in Virginia and just got a temo job in W Virginia. Last week I vaccated my Apt in VA and am staying in a hotel in Wvirginia. I have my mails on Hold in VA. Since I dont have a address, can I maintain the VA address by just holding the mail? My 140 is pending and am just trying to avoid confusion with change of address. Any suggestions??

If you are pissed off with your I-140, no one can do any thing but gving you more courage to face it. I just have noticed this posting of yours. I NEVER POST JUNK and everyone knows it but you. You never might have helped any one out here. But I do it all the time. If you go back and search on my userid , you will find it yourself.

Well, yeah, if u r playing a good samaritan by packaging
your imaginative info as helpful stuff, kudos for aiding
the frustrated with false hopes. Looks like the majority
likes u ...as u say.. maybe they need some sugar, true or

I am no Lalloo Yadav of Bihar that a majority of loosers

Don't see how false info can help anyone. No I have not helped anyone, since I can't, and nobody( including U ) can. So don't

How long I have been in the world is immaterial. I know nobody
understand VSC. And that's my point. U don't either. So
why package figments of your guesses and imagination as

I know how to do resarch from web. Frankly don't need to
learn that from u. Maybe u can ask your gang of bhaktas out here
to do that. My research has concluded one thing..nobody knows a

Sanga has just trying to help others who even don't know the basics. He might not be all the time correct, but most of the information he shares helps others a lot. He is not trying to give false information. Why should he? Still it's upto the other person to believe what he says or not. Nobody forcing others to accept his information.

If you like you can also try, but don't comment on others who want to help.
