Let us make a new attempt at tracking this family of waiters. Any news, information from the INS. Can make our wait easier -maybe.
 
When I last asked the IIO if I need to extend my EAD, she asked me when it was due for renewal. When I told her it is October 23 she said I could wait. I forgot toask her how long.

Still waiting. I see all the RFEs get approved so quickly and every day it beats me down a little more.

count me in, RD Aug29, case assigned on sept 4( well that's what the IIO said)... Now that greaty-k is approved I get a feeling that we all will be approved soon..

Got EAD renewed till Oct 03
RFE issued on 9/11, received by attorney on 9/16 - For Employment letter, Tax returns and W2 for 2001, one month pay stub
My Lawyer is mailing everything out today

I'm also waiting. I got an RFE 8/19/02 (at least that was the date on the dreaded blue sheet). INS received RFE 9/13, according to the AVM. Nothing as yet.

My RD was 8/15/01. Over a year and now my EAD is expiring. This is giving me sleepless nights!

Lets hope and pray we all hear the good news soon...
