Same old. Same old. I called the NSC and asked them about this message. She read out the online message and asked me to ignore the phone messages.

Last status on both the cases was: On July 23, 2004 Responded to your request
 
now both online and phone status are missing for spouse.

My guess: for those who is ready to be adjudicated, they may get an approval soon.

for my case, spouse may get an RFE soon and that's why they delay ours 2nd FP notice.

any comments?
 
My spouse's case (derivative application) was missing today from the online system. However, my case is still there, same status. Don't know what CSC is messing around ...

Since this morning both (mine and wife's) cases have gone missing. Havent received my 2nd FP yet :confused:
 
Missing cases are usually good news to a large extent. I received my 2FP notice right after my case went missing. So keep your fingers crossed and don't throw away your junk mail. :)
 
For some reason my case has gone missing off and on a number of times. Usually it goes off for day or two. I am never quite sure how long since it is either missing or back when I check. (I don't check it that often)

But last couple of times it was missing for a couple of days. There was NO change in LUD's though. So might not mean anything. But since it has already been 17 days since my FP status was updated, I am hoping for an approval or RFE inside the next 30 days or so.
 
Same message for me & spouse

AVM and online has following message. AVM this message when I check y'day. Online message changed to following today

The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

Forgot to mention... there is no change in LUD .. it is still 7/26/04

...untrackable since more than a month!

My I-140 Petition has not been showing up on USCIS' Online tracking system, and Phone system, for more than a month, now.
(The I-485, I-131,and I-765 Petitions are showing up, though)

I-140 RD: Jan. 20, '04
EB-2: Semi-concurrent
I-485 RD June 15, '04
EAD/AP AD: July 15, '04
FP: July 22, '04
LUD (FP results rec'd): July 27, '04
 
Mine is missing today with the "The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system....." message. But my wife's case number, which is 60 numbers away from mine, is fine. Hers still shows the second FP revd message, which is 2 months old.

I got exact same message as you. My wife's case is fine too.
