Hi Grams,

AP is enough to come back to US, but once you come back you are in Pending I485 stage, I am not sure but, my understanding is you need EAD to continue working. You can get InterimEAD from your local INS office (Santa Ana). For discussion realted to getting iEAD go to previous MAY thread (There is a link to this thread in the main description of current thread).

Do I need to go as early as 3:00 am for SAnta Ana as LA downtown office?

You can get there around 5:30am

We went to Santa Ana office around 5:30am last Friday, and there are
only 8 people there( not all the poeple are for Interim EAD, so we are
2nd and 3rd for EAD). There are around 70 poeple in the queue at 7am
when the door is open. Show our I765 receipts at the third-floor office and then go to the fifth floor to be called, then took the picture. We got our EAD cards and left Santa Ana office around 9:20am. Don\'t get up very early, have a sleep then.
 
For those who have done their FP\'s - - any updates in the AVM on whether they received FP\'s etc??

 
 
FP Done on 10/17 at Van Nuys

Details : WAC-01-243 RD - 5/24 ND - 7/31.

Attorney Recvd the Notice on 10/10. Scheduled to Appear on 11/7.

I didnt have any Problem in getting the FP done early at Van Nuys,ASC.

Incidentally I got my Original Notice by Mail today at my Home Address.
 
Update re: FP on AVM

The AVM says ....your FP were collected on 10/16 and is now under review....
anybody else with similar updates pl. post.

AVM update on FP

In our case also, AVM says that FPs were collected on 10/17 and are pending review. Guess this is a good sign!!

Anyone else in the same boat??

NO, Have you checked with the FBI?. My understanding was that if it is updated then maybe the prints are good, otherwise the message on the AVM would have said like ...we have ordered for a FP redo or something...

Did FP early

Hi all

Saw a whole bunch of folks going early in the April thread.So,got myself FP\'d (20 days early)today @ San Jose. No questions asked. Went @ 3pm.It was a breeze......

I was scheduled to go to Oakland but after reading a few experiences of folks on the thread decided to go to San Jose. Excellent experience. No questions asked and the team there was very polite. I guess I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Hello, I went to San Jose ASC and got me and my wife\'s FP done. No questions asked. My FP was scheduled for 11/09 at Oakland.

ND: 07/19/2001
AP recieved in August.
FP Done: 10/20 at San Jose.
FP Scheduled: 11/09 at Oakland.
