New Theory!!!!!

All the recent LUDS for EB2 and EB3 cases are for PD older than 2002 DEC. So people with the above PDs should get ready to check their mail boxes as the new theory supports this LUD pattern and eventually the approval lettern in the mail box.

I am not baba here ..... just a pridiction....... Welcome dakshina(gifts) :p for reading this,.
Anyone argue with it/ support it most welcome.

I dont agree too...LUDs on 02/03 but PD is May 2004...May be change the condition to <= 2002 and >= 2003 and <= 2005...

485 - RD - January 11, 2005
VSC->TSC on 03/15/2007
LUD's: 08/31, 09/03, 09/05, 02/03
Wife's LUD's: 08/31, 09/03, 09/05, 11/16, 12/12, 02/03
RFE on Wife's case: Oct 2007
485 Approval - ??
 
My PD is Jul 2004 and i also had change in LUD.

Babaji my PD is in 2005 and got the recent LUD, may I expect something good too?

They must have run a mass update on LUD's - i even see LUD on my approved application
 
i am waiting to see LUD on my case

I have not seen LUD on my case even though my PD is in 2000. Not sure your theory is right...........
 
I think these LUDs are result of new regulation for the cases older than 180 days will not need NC anymore. Probably there are calculations for V# are going on to adjudicate all PD qualified cases for next couple of months.

yeah... Luds were on 02/03/2008 The revised guidance was supposed to be distributed to field offices on 02/05/2008. Still think they are connected?
 
After much thinking and analysis based on postings here and in other immigration forums, I think the correct theory is that you may get a LUD if your PD is <=Dec 2002 or if its >= Jan 2003. Also, you may not get a LUD if your PD is <=Nov 2003 or if its >= Dec 2003.

I guess the letter was drafted/consulted/discussed way before Feb 2008. So one could assume, there were internal activities before producing such type of correspondence. If you take a look, the letter # ends with 28.1, I think it is Jan-28.

When the labor subt. thing was about to eclipse, i guess there was a frantic sale of labor certs in market ( main supplies being Indian consulting companies ) . It just scares me i see lot of India EB2 with PDs 1999,2000 !
 
Yes, USCIS should have Stopped ( Period "." ) in accepting Sub Labour I485, in JULY 2007 when they made Current.

I think many and more Sub Labour's were applied during this time, and now Legitimate and Orginal Approval Labour applications has to wait ( there is no Justice also in this Advanced Democratic country tooo )

Anyways you and I cant change Law nor make any changes to the whole process, I am just a spectator watching this game and waiting waiting waiting for my turn.
