New Theory!!!!! PD < 2002 DEC ===>> Recent LUD

My son's PD is July 2005 (EB2/India) and he has LUD on 2/3/08. We all are approved in July 2007.

I think they were doing some inventory count for I 485 cases with RD older than 6 months or 1 year.

What about my other quote: I think the correct theory is that you may get a LUD if your PD is <=Dec 2002 or if its >= Jan 2003.

BTW, are you in the computer/analytic profession by any chance?

I don't think he was being serious with his prediction. He was trying to be funny?

Well I agree that overall it is funny business to try and predict approvals/denials, priority date movement etc, I do not think all such "attempts" are posted with fun intent.

Some posters are pretty serious when they post their predictions - they try to analyze the recent approvals and they quote a small trend represented on trackitt.

It all boils down to hope. Everyone hoping to make progress and get the benefits that result from a GC/citizenship/H1B etc petition.
