I have incorporated a new S-Corp and I was wondering what are the criterias to be met to sponsor a NEW H1B or a H1B transfer?

You shuld have a project in hand , business plan with office infrastructure, if it is a body shop.
If it is a product development firm, you should have sufficeicent capital to support the infrastructure and pay salary to staffs.
