Hi,
This is something new, which I heard yesterday. If any one husband or wife traveling with a kid then husband/wife needs to show a notorized letter before boarding the plane that they are married & other person who is not traveling doesn't have any objection on kid going out of US.
My wife's friend called us yesterday from CA & she told us about this. Her relative was asked for this on SFO airport before boarding the plane to india. They also have notary at the airport so that husband/wife can get a letter notorized at that point if they don't have it ready.
Does anybody have any more information.
