New Processing Report, No Changes

Burnt by previous lawsuit they are strictly working on "under-promise" "over-deliver" theory. People with May 2000 have recently been approved for GC.
 
That is exactly what I thought. I am hoping, by May 2005 or so, there will be a big jump on the processing date. They must update (hopefully) the status by June or July because it is anticipated that the District Court Judge will review and accept the settlment at that time of the year.
