New processing dates

NEW DATES ARE POSTED!!!!!!!!!!
New Orleans Do regressed from May 08,2007 to April 3,2007! AGGGGHHHHH....talk about incompetence. If I performed this way at my job I would get fired. In the gov't you get promoted! Go figure..........

I just checked New Orleans, and it's still showing the March 15 update. I refreshed several times, same result. I think something's going on with their website.

I've tried refreshing, deleting cookies, different browsers, all with the same result. Twice now I've seen April 15 update but it disappears right away.

Can someone please send me a link? I check various random DOs, and I'm still seeing March 15!

VORPAL,

I did and I still get April 15th!!! Weird at best, btw, NYC DO shows May 28,2007. In case you wanted to know :)

Hahahahahahaha, May 28!!!! That's absolutely hysterical!

I'm guessing that by the time next month's update rolls around, we'll retrogress by another month. Could it be that they are trying to manipulate processing times to create an illusion of the 13-15 month predictions that are posted on their website?

Nope. Good ol' regular Windows XP.
But in a new twist, I just checked it agian and it reverted back to March 15..
This level of idiocy is driving me crazy!

From a random sample of these new dates, what jumps out at me is that there do not seem to be groupings like the last several updates (July 20, June 30).

A long standing theory has it that this would happen when targets fly out the window and the crap from the backlog hits the fan. So the point here is not so much the retrogression as the departure from target-based timeframes.

USCIS is trying to save you some frustration and not to hurt you nerves and feelings... you'd better be off not seeing the new processing times.
