It's just clarifying the transition from local offices providing EADs. It sounds like previsouly the local offices had been told that any cases received before Sep 1 had to be processed and this had to be done by Sep 30. All the memo says is that they can take longer to process these cases if they need to. I would have thought the likely effect of this on anyone here is minimal.

seriously ginnu i don't why you like to play games...peopole come to this site to ask about things they care about and that they are worried about. they come to seek advice most of the time.
