Sorry to hear about your problem. They didn't give us any clue about process time, who knows what's going on and missed mail. Your lawyer needs to fight with them. Wish you are good luck and get approval soon.

You could either ask for a fax number from the contact info below or mail the letter to the PO Box. I would suggest you fax as it is faster. Explain your situation and request Govorner Corzine to assist you. He will redirect to NJ Labor office and they will get back to you which how I got to know about the NOF (Notice of Findings).

45 day letter for June-2002 RIR cases

I have not received 45 day letter for my case NJ-RIR-June-2002 .
Is anybody like me who hasn't received 45 day letter for June 2002 case ?
please respond .

Labor Approved

Finally my labor got approved! Lawyer told HR and HR informed me. Hang in there guys. You will get it soon.

Congratulations and nice to hear a May approval.
Could you post timeline of events like approval date, received date if you have that data.

I got my 45-day letter sometime in nov end and the lawyer replied in Dec. The next thing I heard is that the labor has been approved. I don't have the exact dates.

My case has one peculiarity. The labor was filed through company A and that company was acquired by company B in may 2003. When the 45-day letter came, lawyer requested that the labor be transfered to company B ( successor in interest ).

My case on hold

Update from me. My case is on hold as they have requested for more information before they can proceed. I have until March 31'06 to respond to them. My lawyer is preparing the documents as we speak. Wish me luck. Will keep you posted once I have new updates.

Received 45 Day letter: Dec 2nd week.
Replied to 45 Day letter in a week.
Labor approved: 03/17/06
 
Update from NJ

My lawyer has sent the rebuttal documents for NOF last Friday. Will keep you posted once I hear from Philly. Wish me luck....!

My priority date is June 5th 2002

45 Days letter received and replied on Nov 4 2005

No news after that .... :confused:

Is there anyone in this forum with priority date around that time or prior to that ?

I am pleased to inform that I received the labor approval notification yesterday from Phila BEC.

State: New Jersey
Date of Acceptance for Processing: July 16, 2002
Category: EB2 / RIR
45-Day Letter Sent by BEC on: November 15, 2005
45-Day Letter Replied: November 18, 2005
Labor Approved: April 4, 2006

Goes to show that there is still hope. Good luck to all!!
