One of my colleagues who filed RIR from NJ in Jan. 2004 has received 45 letter recently, however, I haven't received mine even though I filed in Sept. 2003. Not quite sure it is because I sent an email to h1b7yrs to get the screen shot but not for 7 year extension.
 
Any more 45 day letters ?

Folks,
Anyone got the 45 day letters recently. I have heard a few from NJ and NY who got labor approvals without even receiving the letters. Most of them were from late 2001 and early 2002.

Today i called my office, they recieved my 45DL on 28th Sep amd replied on 4th Oct.
actually date on Letter stated it's on 24th of august and last date was 10th of October.
i got the same T number By replcing with P.


Here is my details..

Apllied Dt: 08/09/2002
Recived Dt: 08/12/2002
Applied State: NJ
45DL recieved Dt: 09/28/2005
45DL Replied Dt: 10/04/2005
PBEC Number: P-05131-061xx

Good to hear that you had received your 45 days letter.. Mine is 08/08/2002 and so far there is no 45 days letter. Is there any order to issue the 45 days letter...?

Has anyone....NJ?

Have anyone heard about any approvals for NJ cases that did NOT go to regional? Well, so far I the PBEC approvals that I have seen all went to regional. It’s been 5 whole months since my attorney and employer replied the 45 days letter. I guess that I will need to wait for another 5 months to get it approved if I am lucky.

I have a PD of may 2002. I havn't yet received my 45-day letter yet. If they follow first in first out, then all of us should receive 45-day letter first and then approvals should follow after that.
 
Received 45 Day letter

Folks,
Got notified by my employer that they received 45 Day letter for my case. Got a screenshot from Philly BEC as well. My "T" number is now changed to a "P" status.

My RIR EB2 was filed at 09/2002, PD is 01/27/2003.

I got a sreenshot from Philadelphia Backlog Elimination Center. But I did not see any item called "status". Where did your guys get the "status" like review or pending?

In the screen shot there is a ETA #. Prior to the 45 day letter, that number starts with a T meaning "Temporary". After the 45 day letter issuance, that number starts with a "P" meaning "Pending". There is no specific field called "status".

in which format did you sent to the Philadelphia Backlog Elimination Center for screen shot and from which E-Mail ( Like Hotmail, Yahoo Mail or your labour filed office E-Mail) did you sent request..

P means Philadelphia and not "pending". For Dallas cases, they assign D next to their case numbers. Hope this helps.

45-Day Letter Received

I received my 45-day letter and my Laywer has responded. Just thought of posting if it helped anybody for tracking purposes. Atleast some sign that the application is alive at the other end.
