Where did he fax ? to DOL? I did not understnd E-Mail part. Can you please explain?

The other question the fax copy from labor status line we get is does not have the name on it? Is it diffferent fax number?

Lawyer FAXed letter to DOL. At the same time emailed same letter to DOL(lawyer's anticipation), but no response. DOL stamped on letter, FAXed it back to lawyer confirming application pending more than 365 days.
This letter submitted with H1B-Extension application.
I think this would explain. total process took 36 hrs.
 
AS Of TODAY - RIR JANUARY 2001

AVM-NJ 609-984-3520 says "AS Of TODAY - RIR JANUARY 2001"
Is this OK??
(Date:03/22/2004). I called them supervisor will correct next 15 minutes.

Mine was filed on April 28, 2002.

I got the UPS ack that has the SESA received date. I don't think NJ SESA will send any confirmation.

Labor Approved.

I am new to this forum.Just now I came to know that my labor got approved. Applied on January 14th 2002.
