New immigration reform in February?

My mom went to a immigration place two days ago. She told me that she was told something about new reform which will be passed in February about illegal teenagers AND green cards. She told me something about that if you came to USA beffore you were 16 years old then then you can apply for the green card. Is there anything like that comming at all?? I'm affraid not but I wanted to ask if anybody heard anything.

There is something called the DREAM Act which has been under consideration for a number of years now.

No I am not a psychic so I have no ideas as to when/if this will be passed.

muminiasty, to answer your question, just wait as during this year, more than likely several new immigration reform bills will be passed.
