I read on gogle news that the US congress is debating on adding new visas to H1B. I think somewhere around 30000. Anyone knows something about this? And if it gets approved is it going to be this year or the next?
I read that Senate has passed the proposal of adding 30000 new visas. But do not know anything about it more than that. I am also following it closely. If you get any information on it, please do post it.
Go to visa number retrogression section of this forum. They mainly talk about
visa number increase for GC application, but increase in H1 quota is in the same bill.
