New H1B Education Evaluation problem - Need HELP badly

Hi all..I am on H4 and am trying to apply for H1B. I have a BIG problem with education evaluation. I have a BA in English Litreature and MA in Mass Communication. I have a PGDCA certificate in Computer applications, a certificate in Testing and a certificate in programming languages with "Excellent" grades. I also have 5 years of experience working as a Manual and Automated tester in India and Singapore.

But the attorney who was evaluating my education advises me not to apply for a H1b. He says mostly i wont get it bcos of my graduation and post graduation in Arts (English and Communicaitons).

Could someone please advise me if i should try and get my education evaluated again. Is there a chance for me in getting a H1B??? I am really confused...PLEASE HELP ME...

Send all your BA, MA PGDCA etc to a credential evaluation firm first. www.wes.org.
Inform them it is for H1 non immigration visa purpose, they will send the complet evaluation. Attorney's, evaluation you need not worry.

Where did you get your PGDCA, through a University or a private computer coaching center?

Thank you for the reply. I had almost lost hope. I have done 2 PGDCA courses in Private institutions...Is the problem due to private institutions ????

If it i s from an University it makes lot of difference,
 
Thank you once again GREAT GURU....Just one more quick question. My employer says that he can appply today for h1b as the quota will be filled in another three days. But there is no time to do another education evaluation. Can i apply for the visa today and then submit the evaluation a week later????

Apply H1 first and apply credential evaluation next also. Once you get RFE you can submit it or later you get your H1 receipt you can submit this evaluaton separately. So that you will not miss Y 2006 boat
