New H1B - After using AC21 - HELP PLEASE

Hi,

I recently started working for a company using AC21.Previously I had a H1B with my previous employer used it for 9 years.It got expired.Can my current employer file a new H1B for me.The reason I need a H1B is my wife is in india carrying twins her AP expired.even I apply AP as person staying outside of usa how will my kids come in.Please somebody give some suggestions.

I dont think your employer can file H1 as you have used EAD and are not on valid H1 status. May be new employer can file Fresh H1 and you should talk to your company lawyer for more info according to your situation.
you cant apply AP for your wife as she is not in US. AP must be filed while person is in US and depart US when get approved AP in hand and should enter US before AP expires.
