New h1 transfer when H1 transfer pending

Hi ,
I was working for Company A on an H1 valid uptil 25-FEB-2003
My I-94 was valid upto 25-FEB-2003.

In Nov 2002 i joined company B . Company filed for H1 transfer in Nov with Nov 18,2002 as receipt date.

H1 transfer approval has not come yet.

Now i want to join company C.

Question is when can i join company C. Can company C file for H1 transfer using H1 transfer receipt.
I am worried since my I-94 has expired and i dont want to be out of status .

I am trying to ask company B to do premium processing. But he know i will leave him once H1 transfer is approved.

Can someone has any information about such cases.

Yes you can file for company C transfer.
The problem will be if company B withdraws your H1 transfer, then your term with company B will be considered out of status. It is a risk.
I would not advise joining company C until company B 's H1 approval has been accorded
