Is there any kind new rule which states that you have to have your visa stamped everytime you change an employer? I heard this from my friend. I am going to be in Europe this december. I have a stamped visa with my previous employer and a visa approval notice from my current employer. Stamped visa is valid until end of 2007. Do I have any problems???

Thanks....

Having valid stamp w/ old employer and valid approval notice w/ current employer, you can enter the US.

While talking with one of the immigration lawyers, she mentioned that if i have to deal with an inexperienced customs officer he/she will not consider me entering Us. Is that true? And if this happens, can I make them call my employer/lawyer for confirmation?

If immigration officer does not know about this, you may be in trouble, however, you can ask them to talk to their supervisers. Some of them for sure
knows this rule.
A lot of people enters the US with visa stamp from old employer, having approval notice from current employer.
