I was on H1 from Nov 2004 - July 2007 and had been subject to the H1 masters cap. I left the US in August 2007 and have received a new job offer from a different company. Since I was subject to the cap before, I am currently not subject to it correct? My employer can file a new H1 petition now without waiting till April 1st?
