I have a couple of questions about the new H1 law and the 7th year extension and would greatly appreciate if anybody can answer these questions.
(1). If the primary H1 visa holders get the 7th year extension, are all the dependents who are on the H4 visa also entitled to get the extension.
(2). Are there any travel restrictions with the 7th year extension.
In other words, after getting the 7th year extension can we go out of the US and reenter again.
