anyone that could give advices please

The reentry permit is a multiple-use document; you can use it again and again until it expires.

Each family member needs a separate reentry permit.

You have to be in the US when submitting the I-131, and again 3-6 weeks later to give fingerprints (but you can leave the US in between those two dates).

To answer your question -- the fee must be included with the application. Check or money order only, cash is not accepted.

For the purpose of your wife's application, write "university education". For yourself - accompanying your wife during her university education; for your children - accompanying their mother during her university education.

Tarmac, be careful on figuring the fees for the kids. Under 14, no biometrics fee. Also, you can have them delivered abroad for you to pick-up at the consulate or USCIS overseas office.

REP is routinely issued and valid for 2 years. The first 2 REP's are easy but after that, it may be limited or denied. Many folks are in the same general situation. A visa becomes available but the immigrant and family have to wrap up their foreign lives first in order to move to a new country.

Thats right BigJoe, just to know about REP, my wife is going to start University education , so when we ask for the REP does she need to have an inscription receipt or something like that , that probe she is going to start?
That is because we going to ask for REP in may 2011 and she probably start university in march 2012, that is whay im asking.
Thanks a lot

No, she doesn't need to submit that proof of enrollment when applying for the permit. If such proof is necessary, it would be at the port of entry when she's returning to the US (although it's unlikely for her to be hassled for such things during the first reentry permit).
