Hi Gurus,

My I-140 is just approved and I will be filling for I-485 soon. My company filled my Labor & I-140 from CA. My wife is moved to NY for Job. I would also like to move to NY with my wife. My company has office in NY. I can work from there.
Here are questions.
1. Is INS will create problem for my I-485 because of address change.
2. How to resolve this issue?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

If you are filing I-485 with an approved I-140, you should not have any problem in applying with VSC using your NY address. Only applicant's address matters in this case.

Good luck.

Does the Labor Cert refer to the job being in CA, or in an undetermined location in the US? USCIS may legitimately question working in NY for a CA Labor Cert.

If you have in an undetermined location in the US in your Labour there should not be any issue. Mine was in an undetermined location in the US.
But if it states CA, the best option to discuss with your attorney.
