Need suggestion

I came here on student visa. I have two misdemeanors. In 2004 I was arrested for DWI then court gave me 18 months probation and 50 hours community service. I did finish off the community service. During the probation period I was arrested second time for 'selling alcohol to minor' then I was sentenced to jail for 2 months. Now I am planning to marry with a citizen. Will my application for the green card will be denied? Any help would be appreciated.
 
Yeah me too.

There's only a few immigration situations where you REALLY need to consult a lawyer.... and this is one of them.

Yep get an immigration lawyer and you should be fine. You might have to get some waiver or wait for grace period. As long as you have stayed out of trouble since 2004, that will help you out.
