Need suggestion on H1 Transfer

Hi,
I am currently in US on H1 Visa from Feb 2007 through Company A. I have my Visa and I-94 valid till Sep 2009.
I want to file for H1 transfer to Company B. While my Visa transfer is in progress can i go back to India and come to US after receiving my Transfer papers. Please suggest me.

Best option let B file H1 transfer with premium processing and you can get H1 transfer approval in hand (it takes 20-25 days from filing date)before you go out and when you enter US at POE show valid Visa stamp through A in your passport AND H1 transfer notice of B and you will get I-94 till H1 transfer notice.(keep employer B job offer letter and show only if asked)
OR
File the H1 transfer when you come back and have 2-3 latest Pay stubs

Thank you so much for your valid suggestions.
After i receive my H1 transfer completion papers, am planning to resign Company A in India, will they take back my H1 visa, will that affect my H1.

------------------After your H1 transfer is approved and is in Hand then you can send email from india to A that you may not be working with them ( do it only AFTER your H1 Transfer is approved and in your hands), if A revoke your H1 Petition by writing to USCIS it does not matter as you will have H1 transfer approved but if A revoke BEFORE your H1 transfer reach USCIS then problems. A cant revoke the Visa stamp as Visa stamp is under DOS/ US consulate and not under USCIS. you can enter with valid visa stamp of A AND H1 transfer approval of B.
