Need some info please

Hey everyone,

My parents in India got their Immigrant visas, which expire at the end of July 2010. When they come to the US, after that what are their options?

1) How long (minimum and maximum) can they stay here before they can make a trip back. Can they come for just a couple weeks, and then go back to wind up stuff over there? Then when can they come again? Or how long is it allowed to stay in India after this.

2) If so, what are the forms or other legalities they would need??

Please explain in detail, as I'm new to all this, and have no idea what happens next.

A1: They can return after a couple of weeks. Try to keep that trip under 6 months.
A2: Form I-131 needed if they intend to be out for more than a year.
