Need some help regarding EAD & AP FILLING

Hi,

My H1 is going to expire in Nov 2003 and iam going to file for EAD & AP sometime this week.

I have some questions on form EAD & AP.

1) What i need to specify current immigration status under 15 on form EAD. Is it H-1B or ADJUST STATUS? what about for dependant application

2) What about Eligibility categorey is it (C) (9) ? under 16 on form EAD. Is it same for Dependant application

For AP.

Do i need to attach a separate sheet explaining for the qualification of advance parole for part 7.

Your I-485 receipt is enough they will know that AOS is pending, you should mark MORE THAN1 TRIP

ginnu's all answers are correct, except the support letter for AP. You have to write a letter, see I485 FAQ archives.
