Here is my story and hopefully sombody is in my same shoes or close to it.
I was brought to USA since i was little, I went to elementary, junior, high school, some college. I came in with a tourist visa. Now im married to an US Citizen(she was born in texas).
I been lookin for different ways to get my green card, but the problem is that i wasd deported about a year ago while i was in South Padre Island. Me and a friend went for a night out he wasnt suppost to drink, because he was goin to be the designited driver) but decited to have 3 beers. We got pulled over and gave him a DUI(he is a citizen) and put me in jail for public intoxication, from there i was deported. I cross the border with my driver license(which is legally) and no more questions.
So, the problem in hand is that I don't know if they might use that against me or would my good grades, never been in trouble, "good citozen" behavior help me out?
I appreciate all the help in advance.
