hey All,
I applied for the greencard through asylum in January and saw that they just requested production of the card. i just moved from my old address this past week and I mailed my change of address at the post office three days ago and at USCIS I mailed it today. My question is this: Where do I get the card, old address or new address? Anyone know about this policy of not forwarding Government mail? i so damn stupid to go and move just when I about to get the good news now I am all nerves.

I think you could also have the post office hold onto your mail and you could pick up your mail from the post office.

Hey,
Thanks for your response. I contacted the post office bu the told me that they can only hold the mail or forward it if there is no endorsement on the mail saying "return service requested." I recently got the RTD and the envelope said "return service requested" but that was before I moved so that was OK. Now that I move I am just not sure what will happen. Come Monday and Tuesday I will be hankering at the post box until that thing called a green-card appears
