Need Perm Help Bad

i qualify under 245i to file perm. i have masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from US.will a company have any problem file a perm for me. what could be a reason for them to not file. please help me.an attorneys respond would be greatfull. thank you
 
To file PERM you need not be a US graduate.
PERM is done by US Department of Labor nothing to do with USCIS and 245i at this stage.
