Well I am so much into Employement based cases failed to answer friends query! Any input will eb appreciated.
Case starts this way:
1.My friend who is in INDIA is married to GC holder (from INDIA).
2.Prior to marriage (before he got GC) they filed GC application (he applied EB3 in PD:2000). His got approved
3. Hers was applied in 2004 early and it was case of CP (councellar processing) .
She is still waiting!! needless to say almost year gone and still waiting!
My query is is this VISA retrogression has affected people with CP also.Any comments when is it likely!!!!
