need info I 485 problem

My labor contain the salary of 85,000. but i am getting 76,000. Now my employer is not willing to file my I- 485 until reach the amount. convencing employer is mega process. I need help to over come the issue....... :mad:

The salary quoted in the LC does not need to be paid until after the I-485 is approved.
 
Your actual salary could be less than what's on the labor, provided your employer had shown enough profits in the year he filed for your labor that covers for the salary mentioned in the labor. Waiting for your salary to match that of labor is not going to make a difference. You are better off taking an opinion from a reputed lawyer.

Nowadays I-485 processing takes about 18 to 24 months so it's better to apply right now, so by the time they open your file your salary would have increased. GC is for future employment, so if your salary is less that it doesn't matter.
