Need Help

Hi,
Last week my EAD got approved and today I got my EAD card.Unfortunately my name is misspelled in EAD card, got an extra letter as middle initial. What should i do..? anybody has got the same situation.Today I talked to an immigration officer and was asked to return the EAD and they will reissue with correct name.My lawyer is telling no need to send it back.What you guys will suggest..Please help.If i send it back will it delay my process?

Better

to send it back. Generally service centers are prompt in this. Do not forget to create documentation regarding this.
