Need help!!

I am F1 student and i had applied for asylum and i received a notice of intent of deny, i was wondering if any one can tell me there is any way i can take my case to immigration court? Please help me i do not have much time??

Your case can not go to the EOIR if your status is legal.
If you become out of status in the future for some reason, then your lawyer can ask the asylum office to issue NTA. This is not guarantee because your case will be already closed in the RAPS system if they reject you. Your lawyer will have to ask them to re-open the case again and issue NTA

Yeah, you have to be out of status to be heard in the Immigration Court for your asylum application. I guess dropping a semester should do it lol...

Is there any chance of getting approved after getting notice of intent of deny????

You can rebut the Notice of Intent to deny if you haven't done that yet but its highly unlikely the asylum officer would change his or her mind.

Now, when your case goes to the immigration court, everything begins a new which means your case gets decided on it's merit once again from the start and the decision of the asylum officer and the reasons for denials are not binding on the Immigration Judge.
