I need some help with my case, it been a while and I havent received anything im not sure if this is the regular processing time.
Married to a usc
sent I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864 on December 30th 2008
received I-797 for all form on january 6 2009
did fingerprints on january 28 2009
received rfe on feb 6
they received evidence on feb 26
After all this i havent received anything else it's been 81 days and i still waiting for something happen. What can i do??
 
If you really need EAD get infopass. Calling doesn't help much as they have no info about the case (except what you see online yourself).
 
i feel ur anxiety b.cos am in the same situation. i did infopass but did not help, they received my RFE on 2/20 and ve not heard from them since all u ve to do is to wait, where is ur local IO?
 
I received my EAD today i was very exited :D my next question is when should I expect to have the interview. here is my timeline again
