I m planning to get married near future. Currently on H1 and have 2 years left. My fiancee has GC but already applied for citizenship.

1. Should i wait for her to become citizen or can i married at this time and wait for her to become citizen and then applied I130. Are they consider her status based on the marriage date or the date she file file 130 for me.

2. After applying 130 and 485, what is the wait time for getting travel document generally and after travelling on travel document do i still have H1 status or i'll be on pending status.

Marry now, but do not bother filing the I-130 until after her oath. You cannot file an I-485 yet.

You can get married any time but I would suggest to apply for your GC after she becomes a Citizen. Its less paperwork and hassel that way.

After filing I-130 & I 485, it takes 2-3 months to get the Travel permit.
After traveling you will be on pending status and not on H1-B.
